This web site is owned and operated by SportsChannel Pacific Associates. This 'Terms of Usage Agreement' ("Agreement") informs visitors of the rules and policies that govern this web site. Membership and Participation Eligibility

Parts of our web site may require that you be thirteen (13) years of age or older to participate and/or to be a member and receive membership benefits. You do not have to be a member to participate in contests, sweepstakes and/or special events; however, you must follow all posted rules and meet the designated minimum age requirements (for example, eighteen years of age or older) for the specific event. Choice of Law and Forum

We may provide interactive activities for our online web site communities such as blogs, chat rooms, bulletin boards (also known as message boards) or auditoriums, collectively identified as "Interactive Areas," for the enjoyment of our visitors.
